Eclipse Final Contact

Eclipse Final Contact

The last little chord of the Moon taking a bite out of the Sun on the left hand side. Note the rotation of the field of view compared to the first contact image as the Sun and Moon moved across the sky. Actually, of course it's the Earth that's rotating, but the telescope used for photography in this case keeps the image oriented vertically over the surface of the Earth, so as the Earth rotates, so does the image.
